Organised by the YMCA, this event will take place at the Peter Blum Family YMCA starting at 7.30am, with participants required to arrive by 6.45am. With age group distances ranging from a 50-yard swim, 1 mile bike, and 0.5 mile run for 5-7-year-olds to a 150-yard swim, 4 mile bike, and 1 mile run for high schoolers, there's a challenge for everyone. The race will be timed through chip timing, and all participants must purchase a 1-day USAT membership for $10 during registration. Join us for the YMCA's Youth Triathlon on Sunday, November 10 at the Peter Blum Family YMCA. The Triathlon starts at 7.30am and all participants need to be there by 6.45am.
Age Group Distances:
5-7 yrs - 50 yard swim, 1 mile bike, 0.5 mile run
8-9yrs -100 yard swim, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run
10-11yrs -100 yard swim, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run
Middle School -150 yard swim, 4 mile bike, 1 mile run
High School -150 yard swim, 4 mile bike, 1 mile run
*This will be based on the age of the kids on race day.
The race will timed through chip timing. Only the total time will be given.
