A Fun Run is a non-competitive event that's all about enjoying yourself whilst running or walking your way to the finish line. Fun Runs are usually organized to help support a great cause in the community, promote health and fitness or raise money for charity - all whilst having a good time.

Unlike traditional running races, Fun Runs are all about the joy of the experience and taking part, whilst soaking up the fun and the atmosphere. They often feature costumes, music, entertainment or themed activities throughout the course, as well as costumes.

Fun Runs are guaranteed to be engaging for the whole family, and take place over a range of distances. A Fun Run event could be as little as a mile, or up to a 10k, making them an ideal starting point for new runners - or a great way for older runners to still enjoy the sport!
