Participants will receive an exclusive commemorative medal featuring a mare and her foal amidst the beautiful Chincoteague marsh, along with a festive decorative ribbon and a digital bib. For over a century, the Saltwater Cowboys and Cowgirls have rounded up the legendary wild ponies of Assateague Island and guided them across the channel in one of America's most beloved traditions. Now it's your turn to be part of the tradition. Join us in celebrating the 101st Chincoteague Pony Swim - virtually from anywhere! The 101st Chincoteague Pony Swim medal features a mare and her foal in the Chincoteague marsh framed by the iconic Chincoteague Fireman's Carnival Ferris wheel!

THIS IS A VIRTUAL RUN, WALK, ROLL, PADDLE, OR EVEN GALLOP EVENT!
HOW IT WORKS IN 5 EASY STEPS->
* Register on RunSignUp, print off your digital bib under your Profile and confirmation email
* FUNDRAISE Set up a personal donation goal under your Fundraising campaign and share your unique link with your friends and families on social media! Get 5 friends or family to use your unique referral code and will receive a $20 credit/refund!
* GET ACTIVE You choose the time, place, and type of activity. Bike 10 miles, run a 5 K, Walk 5 miles, Kayak 2 miles, or Gallop 5 miles-do whatever combination you choose to add up to 100 K (62.14 miles).
* TRACK & LOG YOUR DISTANCE track and log your completed distance under your "Profile" tab on the RunSignUp website, feel great about donating to the Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company and receive awesome SWAG with a shipping or in person pickup option.
* CELEBRATE Upload your photos, print off your Finisher certificate which you can find under your Individual Results, and celebrate your success and show off your SWAG!
* Get your Swag Medals can be shipped anywhere in the USA! We will also be holding a number of pick up events on Chincoteague that will be announced on social media and by email. Medals will be available the first weekend of July at the CVFC Carnival.
