Join us as we kick off the festivities with the Half Marathon starting at 6:30 AM and the 10K & 5K at 6:45 AM. The course is designed to be mostly flat with a few modest hills, perfect for both seasoned athletes and newcomers alike. Participants will enjoy well-placed water stations, mile markers, and friendly course monitors. Plus, every registration includes a timing chip, a gender-specific tech T-shirt, a commemorative race medal, and a delightful post-race food spread! THE 19TH ANNUAL HUNGRY DUCK RACE BENEFIT OUR LOCAL NON-PROFIT PARTNERS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST HUNGER. TOGETHER WE CAN RUN OR WALK FOR AN INCREDIBLE CAUSE TO HELP OUR COMMUNITY.
The course starts in downtown Brighton, continuing into local scenic areas and returning downtown to finish. Course is mostly paved with portions on hard-packed dirt roads; mostly flat with a few "modest" hills to add a little challenge. The half marathon course will be closed at 9:45am. There are water stations, mile markers, and course monitors along the way!
