Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the 2025 Nolensville Kids Triathlon on Sunday, July 27, 2025, in the beautiful Nolensville, Williamson area! This energetic event invites young athletes aged 5 to 15 to showcase their skills in a friendly and supportive environment. Participants can look forward to a range of distances tailored to their age groups, including a 50-yard swim, 2.5-mile bike ride, and 0.7-mile run for ages 5-7; a 100-yard swim, 2.5-mile bike, and 0.7-mile run for ages 8-11; and a 150-yard swim, 4.8-mile bike, and 1.5-mile run for ages 12-15.
Every participant will receive a fantastic Nolensville Kids Triathlon medal, a race T-shirt (if registered by June 27), and a swag bag filled with surprises. Plus, there will be refreshments available after the race to celebrate everyone's hard work!
