Event summary
Whether you're a seasoned runner aiming for a personal best or someone looking to enjoy a leisurely stroll with friends, this series has something for everyone. With an all-inclusive registration fee covering all eight races, participants will receive a special edition unisex 35th anniversary t-shirt after completing at least five runs, along with freeze pops to cool off after each race. Families can join in on the fun too, with a maximum fee of $60 for the entire series. This is the 35th consecutive year for the Fun Run Series. The runs begin promptly at 6:45 p.m. and are open to all runners from those looking for a hard workout to those who just want an enjoyable run or stroll with fellow runners and walkers. A clock will be set up at each run.
Your registration fee includes: all eight races, a special edition 35th unisex tee (must complete at least 5 of the 8 runs in the series to earn a SFR tshirt), freeze pops and a fun time with friends. Paid club members will receive a $20 discount at checkout. Maximum amount for family is $60 for the series. Family consist of all living in the same household.
Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued if the events are cancelled, but shirts will still be issued.

OPENS APR 25YOUth FIT is for kids 7-17 years old. The $40 fee includes membership to the Red River Road Runners organization, Monday practices, and Thursday fun runs. Print out the confirmation receipt and bring it to the first practice on June 2. Register early - the program cap is 100 participants. Mondays: 6:30 - 7:30 PM, at Betty Virginia Park = Small group coaching. Thursdays: Fun runs starting with either 1 mile or 5K (3.1. miles). All participants will end the program with the 5K. -
