Organiser's Description
The 2025 Wattle will cater to a diverse range of participants, offering a variety of activities for all abilities. This will be our 14th consecutive Wattle, and we are excited to offer a Primrose Children's Run, Turkey Leg 100-meter Run, 5K Walk/Run, and a 10-mile Rotisserie Roll Bike Ride. All of this is set for November 27, 2025.
Participants in the Turkey Leg 100-meter Run, 5k Run/Walk, and 10-mile Rotisserie Roll Bike Ride will receive a Pumpkin Pie at the Finish. Long-sleeve shirts will also be given out at our early packet pick-up. We will have music on the course, at the finish line, and offer finish-line refreshments. There will be no water station on the course.
RETURNING IN 2025!
Finisher Medals are included for all finishers in all events!

To be an event that is valued and available to the broadest family audience, we will have athletes of all abilities, some with visible and invisible disabilities, accommodated at our event. We would like to ask for your understanding and support, as this is a key driver as to why we are not allowing pets to participate. Our 5K features a traversing "hometown-feel" 5K course on the Buckeye Parkway, including long-sleeved shirts, chip timing, photographs, live on-course music, finish line refreshments, free post-race photos, and pumpkin pies for all 5K finishers. IF YOU CHOOSE A SHIPPING OPTION, PLEASE Register by November 6, 2025, to ensure we ship to you on time for your receipt by Thanksgiving morning. Feel good about participating in an event where you can join family and friends, knowing that significant proceeds will go to The Grove City Food Pantry. Your donation can help the Grove City Food Pantry buy needed foods from the Mid-Ohio Food Bank with much purchasing power. The GC Food Pantry is the local pantry located on-site at the Church with the Purple Doors. It is a 501c3 charity, and it is 100% staffed by volunteers. They help thousands of families each year by providing basic food and supplies for those who qualify. -
Rotisserie Roll 10 Mile Bike

10-Mile Bike Ride Around Grove City on Grove City Streets. Controlled Group Ride. Start to be 8:50 am. This is a self-guided ride - not a race. The minimum average speed of the rider should be at least 10mph to finish in time to get a pie at the end. The route will be marked with signs indicating which way to go. A map is also available via RideWithGPS. The route is mostly on the road so please follow the rules of the road as if you were a car. If you would like to have a guide or ride with a group, staff from Heritage Cycles will be riding at a 10 mph pace. Please make sure to dress appropriately for this event. Helmets and lights are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. There is no support vehicle for this ride. IF YOU CHOOSE A SHIPPING OPTION, PLEASE Register by November 6, 2025, to ensure we ship to you on time for your receiving by Thanksgiving morning. -
