This exciting event takes place on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, starting bright and early at 7 AM. Participants can choose to run, walk, or jog along the scenic double loop course through picturesque Lake Park.
Join in the festivities with a special kids race at 6:45 AM, perfect for the little ones to enjoy a fun 1/2 mile loop. Be sure to arrive early for packet pick-up on July 3rd from 11 AM to 2 PM at Naples on the Run, with day-of pick-up starting at 5:30 AM at Fleischmann Park. Every participant will receive a stylish t-shirt and a finisher medal to commemorate this special day. Plus, don’t miss the GCR Freedom Swim at 10:30 AM at Lowdermilk Park! Best of all, proceeds from the event support the Gulf Coast Runners Youth Development Fund, making this not just a run, but a wonderful way to give back to the community. Join us for a day filled with patriotism, community spirit, and fun!

Celebrate the 4th of July by running, run/walking, or walking the Firecracker 5K! It is a double loop course through Lake Park. The race starts at 7 am.
PACKET PICK UP July 3, from 11am-2pm at Naples on the Run
Day of Packet Pick up starts at 5:30 am on Friday, July 4 in Fleischmann Park
Race Start is by the water treatment plant on 10th St. N (see course map below)
Includes a T-shirt at packet pick-up and a finisher medal after! Age Group Awards
