Kicking off at 8 AM, this vibrant event invites both in-person and virtual participants to take part in a memorable 5K experience while supporting Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Runners and walkers will enjoy a scenic route through the stunning Deering Estate, culminating in a lively Family Festival overlooking Biscayne Bay. With over 500 anticipated participants, the festival promises delicious food, refreshing drinks, live music, a fun photo booth, and a chance to win fantastic prizes through a raffle!
Virtual participants can join the fun anytime between October 26th and November 2nd, sharing their journey by posting photos with the hashtag #reasontorun and tagging @sofiashope. Every participant will receive exclusive race swag, including a custom medal and an official shirt, with additional medals awarded to our top finishers. Organiser's Description
Registration for Reason to Run will open on September 1st for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and remain open through November 2nd. In person participants will join us on Saturday, November 2nd at 8am to run (or walk) through the gorgeous Deering Estate area and join us at the Family Festival overlooking Biscayne Bay, where they will enjoy food and drink, music, photo booth, raffle, and prizes for our top fundraisers! We anticipate over 500 participants.
Virtual participants can walk or run their 5K anytime/anywhere between October 26th - November 2nd, post their photos using #reasontorun, and tag Sofias Hope through their miles at @sofiashope. All participants will receive race swag (custom medal & official shirt), plus we'll have medals for top finishers.
