This exciting race is part of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and invites participants to run or walk through the stunning Deering Estate area on Saturday, November 8th, starting at 8 AM. Join over 500 participants in a memorable Family Festival overlooking Biscayne Bay, where you'll enjoy delicious food and drinks, lively music, a photo booth, fun raffles, and prizes for top fundraisers!
Whether you choose to participate in person or virtually, there’s something for everyone. Virtual participants can complete their 5K anytime and anywhere between November 1st and 8th, sharing their journey on social media with #reasontorun and tagging @sofiashope. All participants will receive fantastic race swag, including a custom medal and an official shirt, with additional medals awarded to the top finishers. Organiser's Description
Registration for Reason to Run will open on September 1st for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and remain open through November 8th. In person participants will join us on Saturday, November 8th at 8am to run (or walk) through the gorgeous Deering Estate area and join us at the Family Festival overlooking Biscayne Bay, where they will enjoy food and drink, music, photo booth, raffle, and prizes for our top fundraisers! We anticipate over 500 participants.
Virtual participants can walk or run their 5K anytime/anywhere between November 1st - 8th, post their photos using #reasontorun, and tag Sofias Hope through their miles at @sofiashope. All participants will receive race swag (custom medal & official shirt), plus we'll have medals for top finishers.
