Not only is this a fantastic opportunity to get active, but it's also a chance to support a meaningful cause. This year, we are proud to partner with Wreaths Across America, which honors our veterans by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery and over 2,500 locations across the nation. The first 15 registrants will receive a special 5K t-shirt, and the first 50 will snag a stylish 5K water bottle! Don't forget to share your race photos on social media using the hashtags #AMURuns4Wreaths and #APURuns4Wreaths. Join us in this spirited celebration of community and remembrance while making a difference!

Join us for the Homecoming Virtual 5K, where you can run or walk anywhere and anytime between October 1 and October 11, 2026. Whether youre an alum, a student, a friend of the university, or just someone looking for a fun way to support a great cause, everyone is welcome! THE FIRST 15 REGISTRANTS WILL RECEIVE A 5K T-SHIRT, AND THE FIRST 50 REGISTRANTS WILL RECEIVE A 5K WATER BOTTLE!
This year, we are proud to once again support Wreaths Across America, whose mission is to Remember, Honor, and Teach by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery and at more than 2,500 locations nationwide and abroad each December.
