1. What is a Virtual 5K? A Virtual 5K is a race you can complete anytime, anywhereon your own or with others. We hope supporters across Michigan (and beyond!) will join us during the month of August to move for families and breastfeeding advocacy. 2. When does the Virtual 5K take place? Were celebrating all month long! Complete your 5K anytime between August 131, 2026. 3. Where can I run, walk, or move for the race? Anywhere that works for you! Design your own courseyour neighborhood, a park, a treadmillwhatever makes it comfortable and fun. 4. Im not a runner. Can I still participate? Absolutely! Walk, run, roll, dance, or move in any way that feels good. You can even break the 5K into smaller distances across the monthevery step counts! 5. How much does it cost to participate? Only $15! Your registration supports MIBFNs work toward systemic breastfeeding change across Michigan. 6. What do I get for participating? Every participant receives a custom MIBFN sticker. Plus, the 1st and 2nd place finishers in each category will receive a prize! 7. Can my office participate as a team-building activity? Yes!
