Join us for the 20th Annual Seedorf / McMeekin 5k Run on Saturday, August 29, 2026, in the vibrant Atlantic City! This exciting event honors the memories of brave firefighters John Seedorf and police officer Thomas McMeekin. Kicking off at 9:30 AM from the iconic Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, participants will race along a scenic out-and-back course on the Atlantic City boardwalk, with runners heading south towards Ventnor before turning back at Montpelier Ave.
With a registration fee of $40 (or $50 on race day), this family-friendly event welcomes runners of all ages and abilities. The first 100 pre-registered entrants will receive exclusive event t-shirts, and all participants can enjoy complimentary food and discounted drinks post-race. Celebrate your achievement with us as we hold an awards ceremony at the Terrace at Hard Rock, recognizing the top three overall male and female finishers, along with age group winners from 14 and under to 70+. COURSE WILL START & FINISH IN FRONT OF HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO AT PENNSYLVANIA AVE ON THE BOARDWALK. ALL 5K RUNNERS WILL RUN SOUTH TOWARDS VENTNOR ON THE BOARDWALK WITH AN OUT AND BACK COURSE.
