_PARKING _

Parking is available for a small fee ($2/hour or a maximum daily fee of $10) and parking is FREE for "_Friends of Moncus Park_" members. Handicap parking and ADA-accessible pathways are available. _PACKET PICKUP_

Packet pick-up schedules will be posted closer to the date of the event. Same day registration will be available before the start of the run, which will be $35.00 for adults and $20.00 for children.



_PRIZES_

Prizes will be awarded to the top Male and top Female Overall Finishers as well as to the top Male and Female Ostomates.



_OPTIONAL OSTOMY POUCH_

Race registration bags will have typical race/sponsor promotional items, ostomy education materials, and most importantly an ostomy pouch provided by one or more of our sponsors. We encourage non-ostomate participants to put on a pouch for the race to improve awareness and empathy for the challenges faced by people living with ostomies.



_CREATE OR JOIN A RACE GROUP/TEAM! _

Once youve registered you have the option to CREATE A NEW RACE GROUP/TEAM OR TO JOIN ONE thats already been established. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO GET OTHERS IN YOUR COMMUNITY TO REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RUN AND COMPETE AGAINST EACH OTHER. Invite family, friends, co-workers to Register, pick to be on your Race Group/Team (or start their own), order their T-Shirt & Bib and celebrate the day with you! Fundraising is an important aspect of our Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K. Funds raised help UOAA continue to provide resources, educational materials, advocacy and support to the ostomy and continent diversion community.

We invite you to set up your own Personal or Team Fundraiser when registering to participate in the event, or through our DONATE button at the top of this page. You can create a unique Fundraiser Name and URL address, personalize your fundraising message, and direct your friends and family to your page to join your team or sponsor you in your fundraising goal.
