The Early Bird Registration Fee of $35.00 for adults and $20.00 for children ages 12 and under, includes a unisex adult or youth size T-Shirt, Bib with timing chip, and runner "swag" bag. So don't delay, register today to guarantee availability in your t-shirt size and take advantage of Early Bird pricing through July 25th!
_RACE COURSE_
_WE ARE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THIS YEAR WE WILL HAVE PROFESSIONAL TIMING SERVICES OFFERED BY RACE-WIZARD. _This 5k Walk, Run or Roll will be held at The Railyard Bike Park located at 299 E. Cherry Street in downtown Rogers, Arkansas. The course for this Fun Run will start at the Bike Park and will loop around the paved Lake Atlanta Trails. The exact route map will be included in your registration packets.
_PARKING _
Parking is available at The Railyard Bike Park or near downtown.
_PACKET PICKUP_
Packet pick-up schedules will be posted closer to the date of the event. Same day registration will be available before the start of the run, which will be $39.00 for adults and $20.00 for children.
_PRIZES_
Prizes will be awarded to the top Male and top Female Overall Finishers, top M/F in each age group, as well as to the top Male and Female Ostomates.
_OPTIONAL OSTOMY POUCH_
Race registration bags will have typical race/sponsor promotional items, ostomy education materials, and most importantly an ostomy pouch provided by one or more of our sponsors. We encourage non-ostomate participants to put on a pouch for the race to improve awareness and empathy for the challenges faced by people living with ostomies.
_CREATE OR JOIN A RACE GROUP/TEAM! _
Once youve registered you have the option to CREATE A NEW RACE GROUP/TEAM OR TO JOIN ONE thats already been established. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO GET OTHERS IN YOUR COMMUNITY TO REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RUN AND COMPETE AGAINST EACH OTHER. Invite family, friends, co-workers to Register, pick to be on your Race Group/Team (or start their own), order their T-Shirt & Bib and celebrate the day with you! (Please note this is NOT a Team Fundraiser. To set up a Personal or Team Fundraiser, please go to the DONATE button.)

Fundraising is an important aspect of our Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K. Funds raised help UOAA continue to provide resources, educational materials, advocacy and support to the ostomy and continent diversion community.
We invite you to set up your own Personal or Team Fundraiser when registering to participate in the event, or through our DONATE button at the top of this page. You can create a unique Fundraiser Name and URL address, personalize your fundraising message, and direct your friends and family to your page to join your team or sponsor you in your fundraising goal.

_RUN REFERRAL PROGRAM_
Invite 5 other people to register and participate in the Run with you and you will be refunded $20 on YOUR registration! The referral program is valid for all in-person run locations and the virtual event so even if they cannot join you where you are, they can still celebrate from afar!
