Join us for the 44th Annual YMCA Brickyard Run on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in the scenic city of Hobart, Lake! This exciting event features two race distances: a challenging 5-mile run for ages 15 and up, and a fun 5K for participants aged 14 and under. Races kick off at 7:30 AM sharp, with race day registration available from 6 AM to 7 AM.
The Brickyard Run not only promises a thrilling day of competition but also offers coveted trademark brick awards for the top finishers in each age group, as well as for overall winners. With a race route that starts and ends at Hobart Middle School, participants will enjoy the beautiful surroundings as they navigate the scenic Oak Savannah Trail. The Brickyard Run is in its 44th year. Our 5 Mile Run is a Calumet Region Striders Gold Cup Race for ages 15+ and our 5K is a Calumet Region Striders Gold Cup Race for ages 14 and under. Join us for our annual race and compete for the legendary brick awards.
COST
Early Bird Pricing $30; On or before June 6th
Regular Pricing $35; On or after June 7th
Add kids Pricing $15: Age 10 and Under
Shirt not guaranteed if registered after June 7th
AGE DIVISIONS
0-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over, Masters Division (40 & over), Clydesdale(210+), Athena(170+). AWARDS: Trademark Bricks will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group; Male and Female Masters will receive a Brick Award; Overall Male and Female winners in each race will receive a Brick Award. Athena and Clydesdale participants will also receive bricks.

Computerized On the Bib timing by T & H Timing will be used to increase the accuracy and speed of results with less hassle to race participants.

This year our race will be located at HOBART MIDDLE SCHOOL 36 E 8TH ST, HOBART, IN 46342.
Start on 8th Street heading East, turn left on Water Street, Turn right on E. 7th St., Turn right on Lake Street ; turn right on 8th St and head into Oak savannah Trail, out and back on Oak Savannah Trail and finish on Lake Park Ave at Kate Corgan Field, both the 5K & 5 Mile race will begin and end at the same points; the 5K and 5 Mile run do have different distance turn around points on the Oak Savannah Trail.
