THE TROY FITNESS RUN WILL PROCEED RAIN OR SHINE. CANCELLATION WILL OCCUR ONLY IN CONDITIONS DEEMED HAZARDOUS BY THE RACE OFFICIALS. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR NO-SHOWS OR WEATHER CANCELLATIONS.
