Join the fun at the 62nd Annual Asbury Park Polar Bear Races on Saturday, December 27, 2025! Set against the beautiful backdrop of Asbury Park, Monmouth, this exciting event promises a day filled with camaraderie and competition. Participants can choose between a thrilling 5K run or walk, and a spirited 1-mile run, catering to runners of all ages and abilities.
Registration is just $35 for early birds, with bib and t-shirt pickup scheduled for December 26. Race day kicks off at 8:30 AM with bib pick-up, followed by the 1-mile race at 9:30 AM and the 5K at 10:00 AM. The scenic 5K course takes runners through the charming streets of Asbury Park, turning around at Bradley Beach for a stunning return to the finish line at Convention Hall. Commemorative t-shirts will be given to the first 500 participants, along with awards for top finishers in various categories.
This year, the event also supports Interfaith Neighbors, a local charity dedicated to building healthier communities and ensuring food security. Don’t miss out on a day of fitness, fun, and community spirit at the Asbury Park
