Participants will gather to remember and reflect, with a poignant ceremony taking place at 8:46 am, marking the exact moment of remembrance.
Whether you choose to run or walk in person or participate virtually from your own location, this event is a meaningful way to pay tribute. Don't forget to pre-register by August 15 to guarantee your event shirt and bib, and join us on Friday, September 4, for packet pickup in the Food Court from 3:00-7:00 pm, or on the morning of the event from 7:00-7:45 am. The first 250 finishers will receive a commemorative 9/11 Memorial Mile medal, making this event a cherished experience for all participants. 9/11 Memorial Mile (An untimed Live and Virtual 1 Mile Run/Walk) presented by the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel located at the Tampa Premium Outlets on Saturday, September 5, 2026. The 1 Mile Memorial Walk @ 8:00 am.
This is a Live and Virtual Run/Walk to Remember the events of September 11, 2001.
Please note that there will be no day of event registration. Participants can pick up their goody bag, including shirt and bib, at the Tampa Premium Outlets in the Food Court. Shirts and sizes will be guaranteed if pre-registered before August 15. After this date, shirts will be available while supplies last.
