ABOUT THE SUNDAY FUNDAY RUN
Sunday Funday is a relaxed, 45minutesorless social out-and-back run designed to complement your weekend training. This run is intentionally easy and meant to support recovery, consistency, and smart weekly mileage.
WHAT IT'S FOR
If your Saturday run is long (90+ minutes): A gentle 3040 minute run at a slowerthanconversational pace promotes recovery, improves circulation, and helps your legs bounce back for the week ahead.
If your Saturday run is moderate (4590 minutes): A short Sunday run is a great way to add lowstress volume, build aerobic strength, and maintain consistency without adding intensity.
If you didn't run on Saturday, this short, easy run is a great way to reset and prepare for the week ahead.
