This scenic 5K course, beginning at Kirk in the Hills, offers a delightful combination of mildly flat and hilly paved roads winding around the beautiful Island Lake, making it perfect for both seasoned runners and families looking to enjoy a day outdoors.
Participants can kick off their morning with on-site registration and packet pickup starting at 7:30 AM, followed by the main race at 9:00 AM and a special kids' race at 9:15 AM.
