Join us for the inspiring Aevidum Strides Against Stigma Virtual 5K this May! Kicking off on May 1st and running through May 31st, this uplifting event takes place in Lititz, Lancaster, and aims to raise awareness around mental health issues such as depression and suicide. As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite everyone to lace up their running shoes and participate in this virtual challenge to promote kindness and positivity.
Whether you choose to run, walk, or jog, the Virtual 5K allows you to complete your distance at your own pace, any time, and any location throughout the month. Upon registration, you’ll receive a stylish event shirt in the mail as a token of your participation. Let’s come together to shatter the silence around mental health and make a difference while getting active this spring!

Organiser's Description
This May, Aevidum is excited to hold its Strides Against Stigma 5Ks to unite our supporters to shatter the silence of depression and suicide while spreading kindness and positivity during Mental Health Awareness Month in May. We know physical activity is an impactful protective factor for mental health issues so we challenge you to get active this spring and support a great cause. Once you register for the Virtual 5K, we will send you your shirt in the mail and then it's up to you to complete your 5K at any time at any location during the month of May.
