Big changes for the 5th running of the Alameda 10 Miler. Now hosted a Crown Memorial Park, the event will also include a fast 8k!
Starting an ending from Crown Memorial Beach Park, the trail will take you South East along the water, if you squint you can see the Oakland Airport. It then traverses the short bridge connecting Alameda to Bay Farm, both islands! Keep to the trail along the Bay towards Bay Farm Ferry to the turn around to head bak to the start. Sorry about the headwind! Post run festivities all happening on the grassy knoll looking West across the bay towards San Francisco. All benefitting East Bay Regional Park District.
