Get ready for an out-of-this-world experience at the Area 51 event in Irving, Dallas, on Saturday, September 20, 2025! This exciting race invites all Sy-Fy enthusiasts to join in a day of fun, fitness, and fantastic awards. Participants can choose from a variety of distances including a 5K, 10K, and a Half Marathon, each designed to challenge runners of all levels. Plus, our youngest athletes can kick off the festivities with the brand new Kid's Dash, a short 100-200 meter sprint that allows children to relish the thrill of racing without the pressure of a longer course.
Every runner will receive a themed participation t-shirt and a coveted finisher medal for completing the 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon. For those who dash ahead, there's an additional medal waiting for speedy finishers! Age group awards will be presented across nine divisions, ensuring that every competitor has a chance to shine. And for the top runners, special event-themed trophies will be awarded to the overall male and female winners, as well as the male and female masters aged 40 and over. Sign your kiddos up for our BRAND NEW KID'S DASH! This is a short 100-200 meter sprint prior to the start of the race to give our little ones the opportunity to experience the racing environment without the pressure of a seemingly long, endless course. Dashers receive participation shirts, and will have the option to add finisher medal to their registration.
Registration Includes:
