This exciting race features two loops around the picturesque Munroe Falls Metro Park lake, with a hilly paved path that promises to challenge runners while providing stunning views. Participants can choose from a range of race distances, including a 1.55-mile untimed fun walk that's perfect for families with strollers or furry friends.
Everyone will receive a stylish custom tech shirt and a unique finishers medal, along with plenty of treats waiting at the finish line to celebrate your achievement. Enjoy the lively atmosphere with a DJ and live ukulele music, and cheer on fellow competitors as awards will be given to the top finishers in various age categories, from under 10 to 80+. Plus, join in the fun team competitions for the hairiest and largest participants! Early packet pick-up is available on Friday, June 20, from 4 PM to 7 PM, with race day pick-up starting at 6:30 AM. Organiser's Description
Two loops around the lake at Munroe Falls Metro Park on the paved path. The course is hilly and paved. We're simplifying the route slightly from previous years, by adding a short out and back on a service road (see map).
* 1.55 mile fun (untimed) walk option (1 loop)
* It's a great course for strollers and our four-legged friends.
* Everyone will get an amazing custom tech shirt and custom finishers medal
* We'll have plenty of treats to enjoy at the finish line.
* DJ and Live Ukelele music.
We will celebrate all paces by giving out awards to our speedier guests and then cheering on those finishing later. We'll also have some fun team competitions for the hairiest and largest.
Awards will be given to the overall Female/Male winners (1, 2, 3) as well as to the following Age groups
under 10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

We'll have a marker for you to turn around at 3/4 mile but feel free to turn around wherever you like. -

This is a great way to support our cause and have some fun along the way. Run your race wherever you like, snap some pics of you running and doing the hula (it's a beach race), and submit your results. We'll ship out your shirts prior to the actual race day (assuming that they come in time).
