Join us for the AutismTN Pajama Walk & 5K, where your love for movement meets a mission that matters! The Pajama 5K is a timed run on a certified course (see map below) and is perfect for runners of all levels looking for a meaningful race-day experience. This event doesnt just get your heart pumpingit fuels AutismTNs vital work supporting Autistic people and their families across Middle Tennessee. After the 5k, stick around for the 6th Annual Pajama Walka powerful display of community support, acceptance, and celebration. Walkers of all ages, abilities, and pajama styles welcome!

Were recognizing top finishers in common age groups:
12 & Under

Trophies will also be awarded to the Top 3 Overall Runners (not already winning an age group category)
RACE DETAILS

No refunds allowed.
Capped at 250 runners for safety.
All finishers receive a medal.
stopwatch Runners have 1.5 hours to complete the course.
First-aid and water stations will be available.
Restrooms are available in the park, but not along the course.
Bikes, hoverboards, rollerblades, and pets are not allowed on the course. Walkers are welcome but must start at the back.
Service animals are welcome on a leash and must start at the back for safety. Email us if you wish to run with your service animal.
