Im so excited to bring the 1st Annual B-INSPIRED 5K to our community a fun, feel-good event all about movement, mindset, and showing up for yourself. This race is for anyone and everyone. Come be part of it and lets B-INSPIRED together. Kids 8 and under are FREE and do not require registering/will not have bibs or timers. KIDS/FAMILIES WILL START AT THE BACK TO ALLOW THOSE WHO ARE CHASING A PR A CLEAR PATH TO GET STARTED!
If you know me, you know I pour my heart into two things: Letter Eats by B the small business I built from the ground up and prioritizing my health, both mentally and physically.
Ive been called inspiring or goals but truthfully, Im just committed. I show up for my business, my health, and the people around me. And this 5K? Its my way of creating space for YOU to do the same!
If youve ever been to my shop, you might have noticed my b-inspired wall in the bathroom. Its filled with encouraging messages from customers, friends, and family words I often find myself looking at when I need a boost. It reminds me that you have to find the things and the right people to inspire you to keep going.
Whether this is your first 5K, or youre just coming to walk and be part of something positive this race is for you. Set a goal, chase a PR, or simply take a break from the chaos of life and move your body. Theres no pressure just a community coming together to move forward.
Lets remind ourselves that strength isnt always about speed its about showing up, pushing forward, and being proud of exactly where you are. Never compare your journey to anyone elses.
New to the 5K world? Not sure where to start? Dont worry the place I trust and train at every day, 6th Street Underground, is stepping in to help! Im excited to share that Chad & Jenny are putting together a beginner-friendly training program designed to help you feel confident, strong, and ready to cross that finish line. Stay tuned!

Purpose: The B-Inspired Scholarship will be awarded to a Boone High School senior who demonstrates drive, creativity, and passion for their future. Whether their dream is to start a business, or to pursue a career in sports, exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, or another movement- or motivation-focused field, this award celebrates ambition and the courage to chase big goals.
This scholarship represents both sides of my journey:
Entrepreneurship building my business, Letter Eats by B, from the ground up.
Athletics, Fitness & Self-Care creating the B-Inspired 5K to encourage others to show up for themselves while reflecting my own love for fitness and self-care.

OPENS 30 JUNAll ages are welcome! Runners who are more competitive will start at the front, while walkers, families with kids, and those taking it at a more relaxed pace are encouraged to start toward the back. This way, everyone can move comfortably and safely no matter their pace!
