The excitement continues with the 5K race starting at 2:30 PM, where participants can take in the lively atmosphere while running for a great cause. Each 5K entry includes a stylish T-shirt, an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet, two drinks (for participants 21 and over), a finisher's medal, and more! Kids Dash participants receive a special T-shirt, finisher's ribbon, and a surprise gift. Join us for the 12TH Anniversary of the best St. Patrick's Day 5K AND our KIDS DASH in Knoxville!!!
EACH 5K ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:

All you can eat pizza buffet provided by Barley's and two drinks (must be 21+ to drink) will be served by Barley's awesome bartenders.
A finisher's medal, Tshirt, free photo downloads from our awesome photographer, and a swag bag from our fantastic sponsors.
EACH KID'S DASH ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:
Our cool t-shirt in Youth sizes only **ONLY 50 YOUTH SHIRTS AVAILABLE** , All you can eat pizza buffet provided by Barley's, Tshirt, free photo downloads from our awesome photographer, and a swag bag from our fantastic sponsors, a fun finisher's ribbon & a surprise gift! *Kid's Dash is an un-timed 1/2 mile down and back on Jackson Ave. Parent's can walk and encourage kiddos along the route.

All proceeds go directly to Emily's Power For A Cure [https://www.emilyspowerforacure.com/www]. EPFAC is a foundation whose purpose is to raise funds and awareness for neuroblastoma research. It's also a group that we hold very dear to us. Strollers and dogs are welcome (at your own risk) on the course and dress to impress! We have our coveted Carrie Daugherty Spirit Award up for grabs again this year! **Please note that since this course is on an open street, headphones are discouraged.**
