Join us for the inspiring Be Aware 5K Walk/Run on Sunday, October 5th, 2025, in Macomb! This uplifting event promotes youth suicide awareness and prevention, shining a vital light on the growing issues surrounding youth mental health, including depression and anxiety. Participants can choose to join us in person or virtually, making it accessible to everyone.

The day kicks off with check-in at 9:00 AM, followed by an opening ceremony at 9:30 AM. The 5K run/walk will start at 10:00 AM, with registration available for just $35, which includes a stylish event t-shirt (be sure to register by September 24th to guarantee your shirt). The festivities will take place at the Dakota High School 9th Grade Center, where you can also bring your furry friends along for the fun! If you can't join us on race day, you can still participate by registering for the virtual event or making a donation to a team. Let’s come together to spread awareness and support our youth!
