As a Racing for Sustainability Champion, you’ll not only receive a stylish and eco-conscious Lululemon x Racing for Sustainability tank made from 100% recycled materials, but you’ll also gain access to valuable resources to help you raise funds and spread the message of sustainability in running. Whether you're participating in local 5Ks or major marathons, every step you take can contribute to a greener future. Let’s make every mile meaningful and inspire others to join the movement towards sustainable running!

Its our name and its what were doing.
_Join us - become a Racing for Sustainability Champion!_
Have you ever: Stepped on discarded cups during a race?
Gotten an empty gel packet stuck on your shoe?
Been handed a plastic bottle of water as you cross the finish line?
Tossed that bottle into a trash can, along with your banana peel and chip bag?
Shoved your race t-shirt in a drawer when you got home, never to be worn?
Those are just the most obvious examples of a races environmental impact; theres a lot more going on behind the scenes.
From local 5Ks to major marathons, the running industry generates a significant environmental footprint.
Racing for Sustainability is working to change that. Were dedicated to promoting eco-friendly practices in the running community and helping races reduce their environmental impact.
By becoming a Racing for Sustainability Champion, youll help us in two ways:
RAISING FUNDS
so we can provide more races with the resources to put on sustainable events.
RAISING AWARENESS
so more people - runners and non-runners! - will practice sustainability in their own lives.
_For a one-time $100 membership fee, you will receive:_
* A branded Lululemon x Racing For Sustainability tank, made from 100% recycled materials
* Advice on sustainable running that you can use yourself and share with others
* A fundraising guide on how to hit your goals with ease
* A personal fundraising page on RunSignup
* _The first 25 Champions to join will also receive a signed copy of Becoming a Sustainable Runner [https://becomingasustainablerunner.com]_
_As a Racing for Sustainability Champion, we ask that you:_
* Wear your RFS x Lululemon tank when you race (weather permitting, we understand that it may not be feasible year-round!)
* Share about being a Racing for Sustainability Champion on your social media when you join, with a link to your fundraising page (and of course, share as often as you'd like after that!)
* Use hashtags when posting photos of yourself in your RFS tank: #racingforsustainability, #rfschampion, #sustainablerunning
