2 waves on the track for a chance to set PR!
8:30pm - Wave 1 - 17:01-22:00 minutes
9:00pm - Wave 2 - sub 17 minutes
Priority will be given to those leading the race. Any runners being lapped must move out into lane two for the remainder of the race. With the tight time ranges, we dont expect too many lapped runners.
