Get ready for a spooktacular good time at the first annual Monster Mash Mile Fun Run on Saturday, October 18, 2025! Join us at the beautiful Wailoa State Park in downtown Hilo, Hawaii, where runners and walkers of all ages can participate in a thrilling 1-mile race starting at 9:00 AM. Kids 12 and under can join in on the fun with a shorter 400-yard race kicking off at 9:30 AM.
Dress up in your best Halloween costume for a chance to win exciting awards, including top prizes for the fastest male and female runners and the best costumes! And don’t worry, all kids participating in the race will receive a special prize! This family-friendly event is free for Birr members and kids under 12, with a suggested donation of just $10 for non-members. Enjoy complimentary snacks and water while you soak in the festive atmosphere. Gather your friends and family for a morning filled with fun, fitness, and fantastic Halloween spirit in Hilo!
