Organiser's Description
Blackacre Barnstormer 4 & 8 mile trail race benefiting Blackacre Conservancy!
Come out and enjoy a one of a kind experience running through the trails of Blackacre Nature Preserve. Starting near the Tyler Homestead and Historic Barn, this years course will traverse both field and trail. Spy goats, cows and other farm animals along the way.
Packet Pick Up
Packet pick-up will be on-site race day. Please plan to pick-up your race packet with enough time to allow for pinning your bib before race start.
Awards
Each race will have awards for Overall Male & Female
Top three in each age group
All finishers will receive our Unique Blackacre Barnstormer medal.
Additionally, race shirts featuring the Barnstorming Goat are available for $5 to any and all who would like to order one from the RunSignUp race page Store.
Post Race Refreshments
Post Race refreshments are in the works and we will be sure to post once we have a vendor locked in.

This event is CUPLESS. Please bring your own water bottle, hydration pack, or cup.
Course Description
This years course will Start and Finish near the Tyler Homestead and Historic Barn, but we are still updating the course in an effort to utilize more of the trails than previous races on the property have before. Keep an eye out for the updated course map and GPX file coming soon.
T-Shirts
Shirts for this series are an optional add-on. This keeps the cost of the race reasonable for families and those who have way too many race shirts. We will have a limited number of shirts available for sale on race day. If you know you want a shirt, please pre-order during registration. Or use the link at the top of the page. Be sure to place your order no later than 2 weeks before race day.
Parking--ARRIVE EARLY & CARPOOL
We ask that you plan to arrive early for parking. A large portion of parking will be in a grass field. We want to be respectful of the property so we are able to have many more great events in the future. Carpooling is preferred to make space for everyone planning to participate. If you are planning to run with a friend, we encourage carpooling.
Water/Snacks
This event is CUPLESS. Please bring your own water bottle, hydration pack, or cup. Bottled Water will be available in limited supply. Water and pre packaged snacks will be available post race.
