Join the fun at the Boise Plogs 2026, taking place from Sunday, April 19th to Saturday, April 25th, 2026, in the beautiful city of Boise, Ada. This exciting event combines fitness and environmental stewardship, inviting participants to engage in plogging—an innovative activity that merges running or walking with picking up litter along your route. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to get moving, everyone is welcome to register and participate!
Choose your favorite neighborhood in the Treasure Valley, such as the Foothills, Meridian, or Greenbelt, and spend at least 30 minutes plogging during the event week. Plogging materials will be provided, and participants can pick up their supplies and Boise Nice thank-you swag on April 15th and 16th at Zamzow's State Street location. Plus, there are exciting prizes to be won, including recognition for the most creative team names, the most unique piece of litter found, and the most litter collected! Get ready to make a positive impact on both your fitness and the planet at Boise Plogs 2026! Happy plogging!

PLOGGING IS A COMBINATION OF _RUNNING OR WALKING_ AND PICKING UP TRASH YOU SEE ON YOUR ROUTE. IT IS AN UP-AND-COMING FITNESS TREND THAT BRINGS VARIETY TO YOUR WORKOUTS WHILE HELPING TO KEEP THE ENVIRONMENT CLEAN AND HEALTHY. BOISE PLOGS IS A FITNESS INITIATIVE FOR BOTH THE INDIVIDUAL AND THE PLANET! ANYONE CAN REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT, NO MATTER YOUR ABILITY, AND PLOGGING MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED.
