In addition to the timed 5k race, there will be a FREE untimed 5k Run/Walk for children aged 10 and under, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun! Early registrants will receive a custom t-shirt, and all finishers will be awarded a beautiful Finishers Medal. With awards for the top three male and female finishers, as well as age group awards from 10 and under all the way to 70+, there's plenty of motivation to lace up those running shoes. Plus, the event supports the Puzzles Love Autism Foundation, making every step count towards a great cause. Join us for a day filled with fitness, fun, and community connection!

_Welcome to the 2nd Annual Breaking Barriers 5k Run/Walk. The event will begin at Lake Eva Park, race around the beautiful lake and end at back at the park. Join us for a fun-filled event as we unite the community for fitness, fun, and fundraising. There will also be a FREE untimed 5k Run/Walk for those aged 10 and Under providing an opportunity for everyone to participate. Whether you're an experienced runner or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this event is for everyone! All participants registered before March 27, 2026 will receive a custom t-shirt and all finishers will receive a beautiful Finishers Medal. _
