Proceeds from race registration and donations [https://runsignup.com/Race/Donate/VA/Winchester/GreenCircle5k] will go to the VCU-Marquette Challenge [https://marquettechallenge.com/], a student-led fundraiser to support the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research [https://foundation4pt.org/]. Proceeds and donations provide funding for clinical researchers, support the rigorous scientific review process, and sow the seeds for future research. SUPT is one of over 300 schools that have participated in raising more than $4.5 million for physical therapy research.

The 5k run will use MSV trails. The start and finish is at the front entrance at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley. Plenty of parking right on site. All proceeds will go to the Marquette Challenge, a Physical Therapy student-led fundraiser to support the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research. Proceeds provide funding for clinical researchers, support the rigorous scientific review process, and sow the seeds for new research to come. Each participant will receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win prizes from local businesses. Medals will be awarded to each male and female first place bracket winner. Overall male and female runner will receive a trophy. Age Brackets: -
Kids Mile

The Kids 1 Mile run will use MSV trails. The start and finish is at the front entrance at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley. Plenty of parking right on site. Proceeds provide funding for clinical researchers, support the rigorous scientific review process, and sow the seeds for new research to come. EVENT DETAILS: The Museum of Shenandoah Valley does not allow the use of strollers or headphones on the trails. Animals other than certified service animals are not permitted. -

Before the race, please ensure that all nuts and bolts on your chair are tightened and tires are properly inflated. Feel free to bring a race companion, but physical therapy students will also be present to assist if needed for any part of the course The Adaptive 1 Mile race will use MSV trails.
