Join us for the Cleveland Clinic Brain Aneurysm Awareness 5K and 1 Mile event on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the beautiful Emerald Necklace Marina in Lakewood, Cuyahoga! This vibrant event aims to raise awareness about brain aneurysms while promoting health and fitness in the community. Get ready for an exciting morning with registration and packet pickup starting at 7:00 AM, followed by the 5K run or walk and 1 Mile walk kicking off at 8:30 AM.
Participants can choose between a chip-timed 5K run or walk and a non-timed 1 Mile walk, making this event accessible for people of all fitness levels. With an entry fee of $35 for pre-registration, participants have the chance to secure a race shirt by registering before August 21. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers overall, as well as in various age categories. Plus, brain aneurysm survivors will receive a special medal to celebrate their journey. Don't forget, dogs are welcome too, as long as they are kept on a short leash! Mark your calendars and be part of this uplifting and impactful event!
