The action kicks off at 7:00 AM with onsite registration and packet pickup, followed by various race categories starting at 8:00 AM. Participants can look forward to competitive races for Masters and Grandmasters, as well as youth divisions for runners aged 14 and under.

Club South runners presents The Freedom Mile. This is a series of 1 mile races and includes a parent-child 1/2 mile fun run. It is a point to point event ending at the Old State Capitol.
* 7:00 am Onsite registration begins/ Packet Pickup
* 8:00 am: Masters/Grandmasters Male/Female
* 8:20 am: Youth (14 & under) Male/Female
* 8:40 am: Open Division Women
* 9:00 am: Open Division Men
* 9:20 am: Parent/Child 1/2 mile fun run
We have a shuttle bus that runs from finish to start for each event, except the 1/2 mile fun run as that is an out and back course.
AWARDS:
* Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, Grandmasters Male/Female
* 3 deep each age group Male/Female (15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+)
* Ribbons 3 deep Male/Female for 8 and under, 9-10 years, 11-12 years, and 13-14 years
* Finisher certificate for each child in the 1/2 mile fun run
