Get ready for an exciting day of athleticism and fun at the Columbia Association KIDS Triathlon on Sunday, July 20, 2025! Taking place at the beautiful Clemens Crossing Pool in Columbia, Howard, this event is designed for young athletes of all skill levels. The triathlon features a thrilling combination of pool swimming, a road biking course with moderate elevation changes, and a paved trail run, ensuring a well-rounded experience for everyone involved.

Participants will compete in various age categories, with distances tailored to their abilities. The 7-8 year-olds will swim 50 yards, bike 2 miles, and run half a mile, while the 9-10 year-olds will tackle a 100-yard swim, a 2-mile bike ride, and a half-mile run. For those aged 11-12, the challenge increases to a 100-yard swim, a 4-mile bike ride, and a 1-mile run. Finally, the 13-15 year-olds will take on a 150-yard swim, a 6-mile bike ride, and a 1-mile run.
