Its that time of the year! Join Team DRCs Spring Training Program and shape up for that spring-time 10K or 5K, train for a Marathon or Half; or join us just for fun! For more than a decade, DRCs Training Program has helped walkers and runners achieve their personal fitness goals. We have a plan for every distance from a 5k to the Marathon, and everyone from walkers to Boston-Qualifiers. The program is managed by RRCA-certified coaches and an army of volunteers who ensure that no matter what your running or fitness background, you will get the best training in Dallas.
