This vibrant event will take place at the Wallingford Swim and Racquet Club in Wallingford, Delaware, and is designed for kids aged 7-14, making it the perfect beginner triathlon. Participants will kick off the day with a pool swim, followed by a thrilling bike ride through the neighborhood, and wrap it up with a spirited run around the swim club.
With race distances tailored for different age groups—ages 7-8 will enjoy a 50-yard swim, 1.5-mile bike ride, and a 1/2-mile run, while ages 9-14 will take on a 100-yard swim, 1.5-mile bike ride, and a 1/2-mile run—every young athlete can take part in the fun! The event will also feature music, delicious food, and a supportive community atmosphere, all while raising funds for a great cause. 100% of net proceeds will benefit Hope for Hallie, focusing on the mental health of our youth. Join us for the Delco Kids Triathlon on SATURDAY, AUGUST 22ND! This year's event will be held at Wallingford Swim and Racquet Club.
This is the perfect beginner triathlon! Kids ages 7-14 will begin with a pool swim, followed by a bike ride through the neighborhood, and end with a run around the swim club. There will be music, food, and fun as the community comes together for a great cause. 100% of net proceeds will go directly to Hope for Hallie, whose main focus is the mental health of our youth.

RACE DISTANCES:
* Ages 7-8: 50-yd swim, 1.5-mile bike, 1/2-mile run

* Swim waves will begin at 8:15am
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
* 1 child's race entry
* Race timing
* Swag bag / finisher swag (including full size beach towel!)

Volunteer responsibilities include helping with check-in, helping out in transition areas and along the bike/run routes, handing out awards, serving food, providing first aid, and other tasks.
