Get ready to unleash your inner superhero at the Donate Life Hero Run East, happening on Saturday, April 4, 2026, in Greenville, Pitt! This uplifting event features a vibrant 5K race and a fun 1 Mile run, both aimed at celebrating the hero in all of us while raising vital awareness for life-saving organ, eye, and tissue transplants in North Carolina. Participants of all ages and abilities are invited to join the fun, so gather your friends and family, don your capes, and form your superhero teams!

The 5K registration fee is just $35 until March 21st, and $40 until race day, while the 1-Mile Fun Run is available for $30 until March 21st and $35 thereafter. Be sure to register early to secure your shirt size! Awards will be given to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as the top male and female in each age group, from 15 & under to 70+.
