Join us for the exhilarating Donate Life Hero Run East on Saturday, April 4th, 2026, in the vibrant community of Greenville, Pitt. This inspiring event features a 5K race and a 1-Mile fun run, celebrating the hero within us all while raising vital awareness for life-saving organ, eye, and tissue transplants in North Carolina. Participants of all ages and abilities are encouraged to don their capes and form superhero teams for a day filled with fun, fitness, and purpose.

The 5K race is available for a registration fee of $35 until March 21st, increasing to $40 until race day, while the 1-Mile fun run is priced at $30, rising to $35 after March 21st. Ensure you secure your shirt size by registering early! Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as the top male and female in each age group.
