Kick off the day with a special meet and greet featuring Detroit Lions legend Herman Moore from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM, followed by packet pickup until 10:30 AM. The 5K race will commence at 10:45 AM, inviting families, community leaders, law enforcement, and supporters to come together for a day of fun, fitness, and important conversation. Every step taken reinforces our commitment to creating safer streets and ensuring everyone gets home safely. Let's work together to turn the tide on road rage and make a difference in our communities!

The Dont Engage N Road Rage 5K Walk/Run is more than a raceit is a community movement with a clear mission, message, and passion: helping people make safer choices behind the wheel and ultimately saving lives. Our mission is centered on E.A.R.S.Education, Awareness, Resources & Safety, bringing people together to raise awareness about aggressive driving, distracted driving, and road rage while promoting self-control, defensive driving, emotional awareness, and non-engagement. Every step taken during this 5K represents our commitment to safer drivers, safer roads, and safer communities.
Our message is simple and intentional: Dont Engage. Get Home Safe. Road rage can begin with something as common as a horn, tailgating, being cut off, or an angry gesture, but one emotional decision can have life-changing consequences. Our passion is to encourage motorists to choose patience over confrontation and safety over retaliation. Through this event, we are bringing together families, community leaders, law enforcement, roadway-safety advocates, businesses, and supporters around one shared responsibility: everyone deserves to make it home safely.
