Lacking motivation during the hectic holiday season? Us too! That's why we are encouraging you and ourselves to do something TOTALLY DIFFERENT that's also good for running when you're ready! Let's get strong together!
Join us for a daily workout accountability group complete with daily workouts, how-to-videos, and coaching feedback from certified strength and conditioning specialist Dr. Ally Bowersock. Ally has worked with athletes of all ages and fitness levels including Division 1 scholarship athletes and is ready to help you take your off-season to the next level. You will need at least one set of "heavy for you" dumbbells, whatever that may be, gym membership not required!
Registration fee includes daily workouts sent to your inbox THAT CAN BE COMPLETED IN 20 MINUTES or less using bodyweight or only a set of dumbbells, weekly coaching notes, and workout modifications for orthopedic limitations as needed. Registration fee also includes a custom program headband!
FAQ'S:
1- DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH RESISTANCE TRAINING? NO! Beginners welcome and encouraged. There will be modifications provided when needed/relevant.
2- DO YOU NEED GYM ACCESS TO PARTICIPATE? NO! These workouts can be done anywhere- from your basement to your hotel room and anywhere in between.
3- I HAVE SOME ORTHOPEDIC LIMITATIONS, CAN I PARTICIPATE? If you are currently under medical care or have been recently discharged from treatment for othopedic issues like injuries, surgeries, etc- this program is not advisable at this time as the movements are completed on your own, unsupervised. It is recommended that you seek supervised workout guidance with a licensed personal trainer or exercise specialist.
4- I'VE BEEN A PAST PARTICIPANT. IS THIS THE SAME PROGRAM AS PREVIOUS YEARS? Yes, it is the same program, but the workouts will vary and variables will be modified. The great thing about these workouts is that you CAN recycle them in the future and they can still be effective and fun!
