This is the 2nd annual E5 MOVES event, where 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Pace Center for Girls, an essential organization that provides a nurturing environment for girls to heal and thrive. The first 300 runners will receive a special medal and a t-shirt, and exciting prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female runners. Packet pickup will be available leading up to the race, ensuring you're all set for an unforgettable day. E5 Moves 5k and 1 Mile run/walk will take place on May 5th, 2024 at 7:00am at Quiet Waters Park, Deerfield Beach.
PLEASE JOIN US FOR ELEMENT FIVE FITNESS'S "E5 MOVES" 2ND ANNUAL 5K AND 1 MILE RUN/WALK.
100% of proceeds will benefit the Pace Center for Girls, Broward.
PACE CENTER FOR GIRLS provides a safe and supportive environment for girls to build healthy relationships, plan for their future and overcome histories of trauma.

PACKET PICK UP: Thursday (May 2nd) 4:00pm-7:00pm, Friday (May 3rd) 4:00pm-7:00pm, Saturday (May 4th) 8am-12pm at Element Five Fitness Studio. 6370 N State Road 7, Suite 112, Coconut Creek, FL 33073. Race Day Packet Pickup is available beginning at 6am.
RACE DAY: Quiet Waters Park at the Bald Eagle Pavilion. 7:00AM START TIME.
VIRTUAL RUNNERS: Thank you so much for your virtual participation. There is no virtual submission required however, if you'd like to get social, please tag your time upon completion @ElementFiveFitness - we'd love to repost and thank you for your support! Your medal and t-shirt will be mailed 1 week after the event.
