Coordinated by Scout Troop 193 as part of Maddox's Eagle Scout project, this event showcases the spirit of community service and leadership.
Participants will have the chance to run or walk in a closed course environment, with plenty of on-site amenities including parking, water stations, and post-race refreshments to keep the energy high. Plus, every participant will receive a commemorative shirt, and top finishers in male, female, and nonbinary categories will earn placement medals. All proceeds from the Eagle Run and Walk will be donated to the local VFW, supporting our veterans. Join us for a day of fitness, fun, and community spirit!

Organiser's Description
Join us for a special run walk event in Manville coordinated by Scout Troop 193 for Maddox's Eagle Scout project. Eagle Scout projects are leadership service projects undertaken by Scouts to demonstrate their commitment to community service and leadership skills. They must be significant and beneficial to the community, requiring planning, development, and the leadership of the scout candidate. Maddox is a long time Scout working towards his Eagle. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the local VFW to support veterans.
All participants will receive a commemorative shirt.
About the course: This will be a closed course, mixed terrain packed trail with some road in the Lost Valley section of Manville. This is not a certified course.
Parking: There's ample at the start.
There will be on course water station(s). There are port o'potties at the start.
Post race refreshments will be offered. Placement medals will be given for the top male, female and nonbinary runners.
