The course is stroller-friendly and features a smooth blacktop surface, making it perfect for families and runners alike. Packet pickup is conveniently available on Friday, August 21, from noon to 3 PM at Yellow Dog Coffee Roasters, as well as on race morning starting at 7 AM. Don’t miss the chance to compete for exciting awards, including a Pelican Apex 100 Recreational Kayak for the top male and female finishers, along with gift cards and self-care baskets for the second and third place winners. Rain or shine, it’s a fantastic day for a run and to support a worthy cause!

This is a Grass Roots 5k where all money raised will benefit Strong Grounds Foundation's mission to help create and support youth health, movement, and wellness initiatives in Stafford.

The course is blacktop and stroller friendly.

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers.
