Challenge Timeline (I believe the challenge starts and ends at midnight on the days below):

Start: April 1st

End: April 30th

Challenge Goal:

We have set a goal of 450 minutes total for the challenge. This divides out to 15 minutes of activity a day but feel free to do more!

Challenge Rules:

Your normal commute does not count. However, if you add an additional 15 min walk beyond normal track the extra!
Work related activities like walking a site- do not count.
While mental health is highly encouraged, this challenge is about movement, so meditation does not count.
