Kick off the festivities with individual runners starting first, followed by our furry friends and their walkers. Remember, all dogs must be leashed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Proceeds from this wonderful event will benefit The Jane Bernard Animal Adoption Center, so you can run with purpose! Don’t forget, all registrants will receive a free event shirt, or you can opt to save $5 by skipping it. Additional shirts will also be available for purchase on race day. Join Emergency Veterinary Care Centers, your local ER vet, for a 5K and dog walk! The race will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Coffee Creek Preserve in Chesterton, IN.
The timed, multi-terrain 5K course winds through the scenic preserve. At the start of the race, all individual runners will go first followed by walkers with dogs. Dogs must be leashed. Proceeds from the run will be given to The Jane Bernard Animal Adoption Center! Everyone is encouraged to invite all animal lovers & race enthusiasts to participate.
