Each race presents a distinct challenge, progressively increasing in distance as the series unfolds, making it perfect for runners looking to test their limits.
Participants who complete all four races will be rewarded with commemorative race swag, celebrating their achievement. Additionally, volunteers who assist at three or more events will also receive this exclusive swag. Remember, registration for all four events is required by Race #2, so don’t miss out! Please note that for safety reasons, no animals, baby joggers, strollers, earbuds, headphones, bikes, or trikes are allowed on the course. Organiser's Description
The Fall Series consists of four trail races in four different city/county parks. The trails range from well-maintained to rocky with tree roots. Each event is a unique challenge at a different distance, getting longer as the series progresses.
All runners who complete the series will receive commemorative race swag. Those who volunteer for at least 3 of the 4 events receive the swag as well. For ordering purposes, you must register for all four events by Race #2.
Reminder: No animals, no baby joggers or strollers, no earbuds or headphones, no bikes or trikes. YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FOR ANY VIOLATION. This is a requirement for our insurance and for the safety of all participants.
Early Start: Contact the Race Director if you want to start before the official 10 AM start time. Your time will be unofficial and will not be recognized for awards.

CLOSED#1 Bear Creek Terrace COURSE: ~3.1 miles. The trails are wide, up to 8 feet in some places, with many ups and downs. Dont get your hopes up for an easy run here. DIRECTIONS: I-25 to exit 141. Turn west onto Highway 24 (Cimarron) to 21st Street. Turn south on 21st Street and go south on 21st Street for 1 1/2 miles to Argus (stoplight) turn right/west to the park entrance and parking is on the right. Volunteers will be directing. -
Fall Series II

CLOSED#2 North Monument Valley Park COURSE: ~4 miles. Start in the large grass field and then proceed onto the trails. The course will lead you onto side trails. You will return to the grass field for your final sprint to the finish. DIRECTIONS: I-25 to Uintah Street, exit 143. Turn east and drive 3 blocks to Cascade Avenue. Take a left turn (north) and drive 5 blocks to Fontanero and turn left (west). Drive to the end of the road and you will be at the park. Parking will be along the streets, there isnt a parking lot. Registration/bib pickup is south of the baseball field (down the hill). -
Fall Series III

CLOSED#3 Pinon Valley Park and Ute Valley Park COURSE: ~6 miles. Pinon Valley Park is a welcoming staging area. Ute Valley Regional Park is very rocky and hilly, so be ready for the run of your life! The trails are single track in places. And, watch out for snakes in the area. This is by far the most challenging run of the series. DIRECTIONS: NEW PARK VENUE. I-25 to Garden of the Gods Road, exit 146. Drive west 1 mile to Centennial Boulevard. Turn north and drive 1.4 miles to Mule Deer Drive. Turn east and drive 2 blocks to Pinon Valley Park. Please be respectful of others property when parking in any residential area. -
Fall Series IV

CLOSED#4 Palmer Park COURSE: ~7.4 miles. In this race, you will run miles on trails that no man or woman would touch except for the Fall Series runners! Rocks that move, ankles that hurtbut oh what fun! DIRECTIONS: 3650 Maizeland Rd. Use the south entrance into Palmer Park, located on Maizeland between Academy Boulevard and Circle Drive. The start is located at the big tree on the southwest corner of the parking lot, north of the sandpit. -
