Welcome to the FALL 2026 Fit 5 Season!

We are excited to welcome you to the Fit 5 Family! Fit 5 Runners is a program founded and run by certified educators who are also USATF-level track coaches. This is a professionally run program and not volunteer-based.

Sessions will take place on Saturdays at the track at Gainesville Middle School. You can sign up for the 9:15AM slot or 10:20AM slot.

October 3, 10, 17, 24

Most Saturdays will be practice-focused and include running drills, skill development, games, and instruction aligned with our five core standards. As of now, our official race days are: Sept 26 and Oct 24th.

In the event of rain or severe weather, we will make every effort to offer a makeup session when possible; however, makeup days are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.

This program is open to children ages 410. At this time, we are unable to accept children under the age of 4. If a child under age 4 is registered, registration fees will be refunded minus applicable sign-up costs.

To ensure a positive and successful experience for all participants, Fit 5 Runners reserves the right to meet with families and, if necessary, discontinue an athletes participation if the program is not the best fit. Our goal is to foster a supportive and encouraging environment where every athlete feels confident, motivated, and set up for success.
